UTILITY BILLING SOFTWARE SYSTEM

The Sudbury Water District is accepting sealed proposals for the procurement of a utility billing software system. All proposals are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B. Copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP 19-12) are available in portable document format (PDF) beginning Monday, January 21, 2019 and will be available until submission deadline. Sealed proposals must be received no later than 2 PM EST, Wednesday, February 13, 2019 by courier service or hand delivery to:

LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The Sudbury Water District reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the District and to waive minor informalities.

The Sudbury Water District is an independent municipal entity established by an Act of the Massachusetts Legislature in 1934. It is separate and distinct from the Town of Sudbury, and is not affiliated with the Town of Sudbury’s Department of Public Works.
