You cannot calculate your bill and submit a payment based on your reading. Official bills mailed out by the District are the only means acceptable for bill calculation and bill payment. Any payments made toward an account will be held as a credit until such time that the billing period for your account is calculated, posted and mailed. Bills will be based on District meter reading cycles and readings from our meter reading personnel only.
